Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the shoes you receive from us, please contact us within /*seven*/ days of received your shoes. It is our responsibility to provide every customer with complete satisfaction -- No question asked!
Please make sure the shoes have not been worn at all before sending them back to us. I will repeat:the shoes must be unworn or we will reject your refund. After we receive the returned package and verify the footwear to be in its original condition, we will refund your purchase price directly through the credit card you paid with. Customers are required to pay return freight on all returns.
Pls DO ask us for returning address, DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won`t be successfully processed. Please also email us the relevant tracking number at return@air-randy.us after you ship them out.
Exchange:
Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to www.Air-Randy.us and paying for shipping & handling a new shipment back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to www.Air-Randy.us must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.
Pls DO ask us for returning address, DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won`t be successfully processed. Please also email us the relevant tracking number at return@air-randy.us after you ship them out.
We are not responsible for any customs duty, tax, losting or delivery failure if the address is incorrectly provided. If buyers want us to put low value to avoid customs tax, please contact in time before the shipment is arranged.
Return & Exchange Process
RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHOES
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package is delivered. To return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with and without any tape or marks on the shoebox.
Please submit your return or exchange request by email to return@air-randy.us with the information requested below and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.
